IMT is an established nationwide brand, yet they lacked a digital presence before partnering with GTMA. Although IMT has properties across the country, each IMT community shares similar values and branding and needed our online expertise help to reflect that messaging in the digital world. GTMA transformed their blank slate into a thriving online network, where monthly photo contests and social partnerships unite a nationwide IMT brand. IMT’s service oriented business model is close to our own heart, and we’ve worked diligently to bring IMT residents value by cultivating both local and national relationships. We like to say: if residents love where they live, they tend to stay longer -- and that’s exactly what we’ve done with IMT!
The first step was to create a unified brand message via a brand video and a new IMT Residential website.

HOME PAGE – Offering a versatile and stylish apartment search, users have the option of searching all communities via city, state, zip, or community name, or future residents can utilize an advanced apartment search to refine their parameters by apartment type, min and max rent, and move-in date.
CONTACT US - We added an enhanced contact feature that allows residents, future residents, and prospective employees to direct their inquiries to the appropriate IMT location or department.
PET FRIENDLY PAGE - At IMT Residential, all of their communities are pet friendly, and they wanted to assure all residents and future residents that they consider pets as residents too by listing general policies and featuring resident pet images.
GREEN LIVING PAGE- Residents can find information about IMT’s commitment to environmentally sound construction and view a list of eco-friendly and LEED Certified communities.
RESIDENT PORTAL PAGE – An overview of the new MY IMT Resident Portal where residents can pay rent, submit and track a service request, and post and view community postings.
CAREERS PAGE – In addition to searching available careers at IMT Residential, each user is able to view IMT Culture via description and quick links to LinkedIn and Glassdoor accounts.
COMMUNITY PAGE – Each community’s page has specific details including community specific social media links, a Reviews page, and featured tabs comprising of Pricing & Floorplans, Gallery, Amenities, Neighborhood, and an optional Specials tab. Further, future residents are able to refine their apartment search on the community page with the ability to view the location of available apartments or townhomes on a sitemap.
IMT MOMENTS BLOG – To connect with the community, we designed a lifestyle blog that is both informative and relevant to future residents, residents, and employees.
Here are some of the website’s technical achievements:
A “responsive design” allows all website visitors to view the same interface whether on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
A modern “long scrolling page” design ideal for mobile users.
Enhanced and enlarged imagery showcases all community and resident images, large and crisp.
Enhanced SEO functionality will increases organic website traffic in hyper-local areas of the country where IMT has communities.
